Bellwether's Charlene

Daughter of Isabelle and Rocket, Charlene was raised by Zach's mother, Kjrsten.  She is the sister of Ruby.  Charlene is known across the land (well our land anyway) for her spunk!  She is always ready for playtime and some good old fashioned corgi laughs.
